[Misc] IR2318L it just acts like it's processing the job but then prints nothing...

one of our client have a Canon iR2318L.... from last 2 days there is a problem in printing. sometime printing comes OK... but sometimes it just acts like it's processing the job but then prints nothing. (yellow LED on). user data list (self test) comes OK. .....I executed a Clear all with a latest firmware upgrade, checked IP & DNS setting from both end, tested TCP/IP connectivity by using the ping command, (found OK), re-installed new canon iR UFRII drivers ver 20.85, checked printer on different PC, checked from laptop directly connecting to printer, changed LAN adapter of printer. changed Patch cord, checked & refitted all connectors of IP Board & Dc controller, but still problem is not solved.

Anyone ever have a similar issue?

    Need Some Expert Advice Please...

Update - This issue has now been resolved by changing DC Controller PCB.
