[Jamming] iR ADV C2030 Jam code 0105

New install of iradv c2020i with inner finisher has machine jamming with a code of 0105 when double siding mainly using a4 paper from cassettes. Single copy has paper jammed halfway down the side door, stopped at rollers that line up with the fixing assembly.
Have seen previous thread that has said that there have been a number of issues with this. Has there been any solution to this?

check the entrance intermediate guide/ for any damage / scratches
if so, there is a protective sheet u order for repair
