    first explain your issue ??

    not powering up ?
no AC out >into printer ?
no DC ?? =Troubleshooting power problems may require the removal of all possible loads on the pcb/device. Most power supplies need a remote signal to turn them on.

    1. Leaving the AC input(LOWER RIGHT CONNECTOR on board in pic) and the two pin red and blue connector connected, disconnect all other connectors on the Power Supply PCB.
    2. Turn on the main power switch on and confirm AC voltage is being supplied to J4001. If not check AC circuit from wall outlet to power supply.
    3. When AC is supplied to the PCB, J4015 pins 1,2 and 3 output a remote signal, 3.3volts DC. If no voltage is present at J4015 pin 1,2 or 3 (see below pic)then replace Power Supply PCB.

    1. Connect J4015 on the Power Supply PCB. Turn on machines' main power switch. The signal leaves the Power Supply and goes to the Main Controller at J1020. If 3.3v is not present at J1020 pins 11,12,13, disconnect J1020 and J4015. Ohm check wire harness. Disconnect all connectors on the Main Controller to remove all loads on the pcb. With J1020 and J4015 connected see if 3.3v is present at J1020 pin 11,12 or 13 when powering up machine. If not replace Main Controller pcb.
    2. The 3.3v leaves the Main Controller J1021 and returns back to the Power Supply PCB J4013 pins 4 and 5. When this remote signals are present at J4013, DC power is outputted from the Power Supply.

    ------------------------

-No power present but the green power light on the display panel is on. ???

Check for pinched wires under the scanner in the harness between the main controller and the control panel. These wires may be pinched between the scanner and mounting hardware.

-Machine will not boot up ? (Remove>clean and re-seat memory)
    -HDD error ( e602) ?
    -frozen screen (control panel)
    ?

    ----------------------------------------------------

    there are two firmware versions--------
One choice is "with Controller Upgrade Kit" and the other choice is "without Controller Upgrade Kit".

To confirm if the kit is installed, inspect the Main Controller for the installation of the Resolution Switching Board in the Riser Board Unit.
Item 1 in the following image is the Resolution Switching Board that is plugged into item 2, the Riser Board Unit.

The Riser Board Unit is plugged into connector J1013 on the Main Controller.
