    [Error Code] E012 - Canon iRC1028iF

    I have a new Canon iRc1028iF which has only done 500 copies but has developed error code E012 - Have replaced cartridges the main drive assembly and Black drum motor but it still displays E012

    Any ideas anyone ?
    Have you tried turning it off and on? No...Oh, it works now!

      E012 - XXXX = what is the sub code

      0000 ETB motor fails to run.
      0001 ETB motor runs but then stops running.
      0002 Drum Y motor fails to run.
      0003 Drum Y motor runs but then stops running.
      0004 Drum M motor fails to run.
      0005 Drum M motor runs but then stops running.
      0006 Drum C motor fails to run.
      0007 Drum C motor runs but then stops running.
      0008 Drum Bk motor fails to run.
      0009 Drum Bk motor runs but then stops running.

          Hello..

          Try to check right side interlock my be broken.. If I remember, I enecounter these kind of problem...
