    Canon imagePROGAF IPF6300: cannot feed paper

    We had a customer call us up with one of these machines.

    They upgraded the firmware- I don't more details than that at the moment. After upgrading the firmware, they got a 03130031 code. After that went away, they are getting a cannot load sheet message.

    Is it possible they messed up some settings in the machine?

    I will try to provide more details when I can get them.

          sorry was going off of someone's notes...had 2618


          also, light is on for roll paper. Could a blown fuse on the power supply cause that kind of thing? in the Keep It Simple Stupid category maybe just user error and they think something is wrong after having the code? The code is no longer on the machine.

              Could have been a supply voltage issue to printer / (low wall voltage, brown out, ??
              that is corrected

                  Have the same error on my iPF6300 and have changes power supply etc. It seems that this error is not what it seems and may be the main processor board. I still have the error and am considering scrapping the printer.
                  How did your 2618 error work out? Did you get it solved and was it the main board?
