    irc4080 photos not in color

I have a customer that says when they print a photo from their computers it will not print in color. Their IT person is saying their print settings are setup correctly and not defaulting to b/w, everything else will print in color except photos. Is there a setting on the copier that I'm missing?

Under the quality tab in the print driver is it set for acs/black/or full colour?

Evidentally someone had been in the additional functions section pushing buttons, when tech went out this morning, under printer settings, color mode, they had it set on Black instead of Auto. Then they weren't selecting Color when they were scanning a photo in.
