    Canon ImageRunner 7200

This machine has an E000001-0003 error code and I understand that this error code is between the two thermistors in the fuser unit. I have replaced both thermistors but the error code remains. What else needs to be done to resolve this problem? Thank you for any help appreciated.

Did you clear the code in service mode?

          Hello...

Verify the rear connectors of the fixing/feeder assembly and the machine.

            Rachid.
The connector @ the back for the fuser AC line, loosen the screws and slip E clips in. This makes for a better connection.
