[Misc] Canon IRC2880i Right side door part number

Hi all, need some help in getting a part number for the right side door on a IRC2880i.
I have the parts catalogue and it lists the the part number for the complete door assy (FM2-5525-000) but not just the plastic door itself without all the gubbins attached.
Item no. 115 Right Door assy.

Nobody in there right mind attempts to strip down this door to replace it

how hard can it be to strip the door and fit to another!

So would that mean that the door is only available as a complete assy then?

1-be my guest if u want to strip out over 70 parts on one door
2-yes -as far as I know

3) It's plastic and plastic under pressure will begin to warp slightly. 0.5mm warpage will be enough to cause you to rip out your hair. Just change the door it's only 130ish bucks.

Out of interest, are there many problems with these doors other than the plastic door closure clips breaking off?

None really. The pads for the delivery assembly were modded years ago so you'd get the odd 0108 in the morning or when it sat for a while. Once one of the tabs breaks though you're screwed, jam central

you would think Canon would make those tabs/clips a lot stronger!
But then i guess they wouldn't sell any parts.
