We have an ir adv c2020i displaying 'close the front door' all the time. I vaguely remember something to do with the powers supply pcb causing this problem. Can any one help please?

wrong message of "Close the front cover." may be displayed
If the above symptom occurs, replace the low voltage power supply assembly with a new type part (FM3-8179-010).
How to identify the new type part. : Blue circular label is attached to a product order label.
