duplex in IR 2018

Hi,
I have a problem in IR 2018 in duplex unit. When press the switch of the duplex on the control panel ,
it shows 1 to 2, not two sided off, and the 2 sided ( 2 to 2) not exist.
How can I solve this problem,

If you have installed duplex unit press again duplex button.

I pressed it again but all the options of the duplex mode not exist. only two side 2 to 1.

all of this series are in the following procedure;
when press duplex switch, it shows first two sided off, then change by arrow left or right to choose 2 to 1, and 2 to 2, 2 to 1, and book type,
all of these not exist only one function exist, 2 to 1.

is it clear or not.???
