      Just love updating drivers on Windows servers, 2003 are simply the worst, I have lost count of how many servers I have crashed updating Canon drivers through Advanced / new driver; at worst I have deleted the print queue and then added it again, using the latest driver version.

      Out of interest what provision do other techs take for driver versions?
