Can suggestion on how to troubleshoot blank display for the IRC3100

did u check the display contrast dial on the control panel to adjust it's brightness
can u swap out/or replace the 512 meg memory stick


1- does printer power up ?
2- is power indicator light on control panel ? (Green Power indicator)
3- do u have AC voltage into the Printer Power Supply ,and DC voltage out of the Printer Power Supply.
4-did u check Main Controller LED's
5-is Backlight Lit on display
