[Misc] Send job won't cancel.

I have a IR 2525 that is trying to email a scan out every three minutes. We have removed the user from the address book but the job still exists and is still trying to send.

Can't get at the job remotely (or at least I don't know how to) and the on site people have tried to delete it through the on board screen to
no avail.

Does anyone have any other ideas for me?

reset the machine by performing an All Clear. To perform an All Clear go to Service Mode>Clear>All and press OK.

Note: When performing an All Clear, all user data (including Address Books and Networking Settings) will be erased from the machine.

Back up the user data before performing an All Clear.
