IR 8095- Scan Document Size

Hi folks.

We are using a Canon IR 8095 at school and one of my teachers is having a problem scanning (to pdf) large pieces of paper-- 12x18". The scanner is only scanning standard 8.5x11. Is there a way to increase the "scope" of the scanner function?

In service mode check :First Perform a SENS-INIT , and then checkto be sure the following>
Service Mode = settings were correct
LEVEL 1
COPIER> OPTION> FNC-SW> MODEL-SZ>1
COPIER> OPTION>CUSTOM>SCANTYPE>1

LEVEL 2>COPIER> OPTION> FNC-SW> SENS-CNF>1
