Select single color and copy a blank page of each, c,m,y. This should give you a better idea of what's going on. My guess is the cyan drum is bad.

scan us a copy so we can see. I've yet to see blue but there is a known problem with the belt scratching against a metal frame. I've only see it in black though.

pull out the ITB UNIT/ remove the ITB SHEET if u know how to

Check if the CYAN Primary transfer roller is not secure in it's spring loaded bushing holder/ or the holder has cracked

look under the plastic on both sides / the rollers snap in to spring loaded bushing holders/ they break

see pdf on how to remove ITB & ITB SHEET---

what calibrations have u performed on this 3220 ??

did u go in and remove Fiery calibration ?

then Calibrate printer> then calibrate Fiery w/ Kodak Gray Scale

No I did not swap the laser I tried to run gradation but it print first page and it did not scan I think because of background .I did not go in to remove Fiery calibration.

                  ------------

One reason it will not scan = because the registration for the patches is off a bit/

Print out a GRID PG6 test print to view
                  PG 6.JPG
also print out a PG10 to view any discrepancy(see example)
                  pg10.JPGpg10 x.jpg

u need to remove the ITB> remove ITB sheet> clean inside sheet (or replace if old/they stretch)>clean the large black rubber roller> clean underside of metal plates>

be sure to perform a full auto-gradation using: Additional Functions - Adjustment Cleaning> prior to calibrating the imagePASS C1/C2.

If you are trying a Fiery scan & it will not recognize or detect page>
If Dept. ID mode is enabled on the copier, the scan function may be turned off in the following Dept. ID set up mode: Additional Functions - System Settings - Dept. ID Management - Register ID/Password - Scan = Off, resulting in 'Measurement Page Not Detected' being displayed when trying to scan the measurement page with the gray scale. If this is the case, you can enable scanning w/unknown ID's for calibration purposes with the following setting:
                  * Additional Functions - System Settings - Dept. ID Management - Accept Scan Jobs W/Unknown ID's =ON
