Green and orange light flashes alternately 10 times. Error on computer saying error printing. Of note is the printhead does not move. Tried to reset via power and resume button but error persist.

Hi,

I would recommend you buy a new printer, replacing printheads on small printers is as costly as buying a new printer, if not more.
