ir 2318 the magnet unit is releasing toner in more quantity when i had changed the cleaning blade in the magnet unit then also it is releasing the more toner and one major fault is found that the left side gear of second position is on fit proper which is fix, i do not know how that fix gear comes out and the cover of left side is not fit at all if i fit is then the magnet rods moves very hard and sometimes pause.

and one more thing is that the copy/print speed from drawer is just half 8 to 9 per minutes after this but from bypass it is alright,

anytime it is displaying insert drum drum is not set

it is urgent !

Dear all,

When working on the dev assembly, it is a good habit to vacuum all its toner. You can get rid of your troubles by replacing the assembly. Your machine may slow down if the cassette paper size is adjusted to A3.

Replace magnetic cylender'coz I had faced same problem .After replacing magnetic cylinder, spacer & bearing my problem getting resolved..
