    Over a period of time, the glue from the damper [2] will permeate through the material and cause the sensor
    flag [1] to stick. When the sensor flag [2] sticks, it will cause the above mentioned jams.

      so exact same problem as the 3380's, 4570's. You would have figured they would have put the white pads that don't stick eh. Thanks for the bulletin teck.

          Hello guys, I'm having issues with C5250 jamming @ E1 finisher. The jam codes are 1001, 0209 and just recently got a 0105. Machine was working great now it won't pass anything. Help would be greatly appreciated. I can send pics. Irwin_lbc@yahoo.com
