hi all,I have problems with the machine canon ir 6570, when worn copy appears suspended and not working normally, I finally replace the mainboard.
but i want to know what happened to the mainboard that's broken?

why would u change a Main pcb because of "Suspended" message

what did u check in the before process of replacing Main pcb.


only a board bench tech > with proper instruments can pinpoint an issue with a bad PCB.

Many>Many>Many years ago we used to be able to trace down certain components (transistors,capacitors etc.) because of cost and repair time in field> that was helped by good circuit diagrams ( component identity no longer supplied in manuals) u carried these common components with you.

I also never thought I'd get to replace the mainboard PCB unit, I just want to be sure why the engine is not running normally, whereas once I replace the mainboard engine to normal without changing any other part.
