    Canon IR7105 Missfeed in duplex

    Hello!
My Canon IR7105 is missfeeding in duplex and in Jams in Service Mode i can easily undersand the problem is HP Registration Sensor, sensor PS61.
I can copy/print two sided only in A4-R and not in A4,because it missfeeds. One side is ok.
I am attaching the photo from JAMS in Service Mode, because i really do not undersand JAM TYPE,because it is just a STNRY and dont know nothing about.
    Photo0026.jpg

    Somebody helps me?
    Bye

PS : This happens from all paper feeds

    Stationary = STNRY.

Means, that where it stops. Bad clutch, motor, belts, duplex sponge roller in the duplex unit. Could be anything but checking those areas is a start.

Check for a flat spot on the duplex sponge roller (outlet) , and Replace it if flat.

I would say to check you two clutches CL16 and CL17 also check motor M11, also I have had a similar problem, where I found little bits of jammed paper in the block connector that supplies power to the duplex unit (back left corner of duplex assy). Its also worth checking the bearings.

              good luck...

                Hello!

Do you have systematic stationary jams in PS61.
When the customer rarely uses the two-side option, the sponge roller surface tends to flatten (it is the same issue with the separation rollers). Try to use deck2 just in recto. It has , partly, the same paper feeding path with duplex printing.

It can print double sided A4-R without stopping all the day.Missfeeding happens only in double sided A4.

I think you are right, because copiers used to print maybe 500k-1M only in A4-R,because of fuser damage.
                    Have to check it tomorrow.

                      Rachcid.
After used deck 2,everything its normal and the copier is working well with a rare missfeed even if i use A4 or A4-R.
Now i have a big problem or an old big problem.
I had some problems of quality using A4 because density is uneven and is very light and almost 1/3 of paper in the feeding direction.
Changed all the coronas, used OEM toner, new fuser, new paper rollers, very good drum good paper and all this happen only in A4 and when i print/copy one sided papers it happens 1 in a 2 copies. Also in duplex happens the same.If i print/copy in A4-R 1 sided or 2 sided it can print all the day without a problem.
                      CODIER> ADJUST> HV-SP> SP-N1 and SP-N2 is the same and i think its 520.
                      DEV-SLOW is set to 2.
                      GRID is 670
                      Please help me
