but i have been working on a canon ir 4050i which is given the above code ''e00030-03a and e00020-02a''

any help on how to fix it will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

This is 4050 IRC model i suppose.I never saw IR 4050 and code E030.Be more careful with codes
Bay the way check cyan and magenta drum,
