Hi i am working in IR 3220 has a fiery .it does not print . It shows color disk full on it .can some one tell me how to clear the disk or what can be done . please let me know.thanks in advance. i already try to clear the server but nothing happen. Its c1

Check this area:

First set CHK-TYPE to 1 (COPIER>FUNCTION>SYSTEM>CHK-TYPE) and perform an HD-CLEAR (COPIER>FUNCTION>SYSTEM>HD-CLEAR) if that doesn't clear the message then perform an MMI clear (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>MMI).

Only perform these steps if your familiar!

Hi,

Also check the configuration sheet of Fiery, (if printable from your machine based on current issue). You should see HDD available size and free size. Even after CLEAR Server of Fiery, this free size does not change, it might be time to reload this Fiery HDD firmware or replace HDD.
