Dear all,
I have problem with my canon ir3300, if copy in plate glass it's good,
But, when i copy from ADF, the margin different with original, it's different about 3 cm then original.
Notes: i use paper 215x330 cm.

from the setting you can check paper size, some one sent you video same procedure.

I can't get the page size in ADF settings as I seen in the videos, i think it is some software or other settings problem. If possible can you please help me.

PS : where i get size sensors in the ADF, i have no idea, is the top panel where some plastic trangle parts are coming out to detect the paper.

My Machine is not showing the paper size in ADF. So I cannot select the paper for ADF, It is coming A3 by Default. But I max. time needed in A4. How it show the automatically the paper size. Its urgent. Please help me, Udayan

do your paper trays read correct paper size ??

is size issue when paper is feed to glass from ADF ??
