Occasionally the copier makes copies distorted. Both copy the table as the ADF have the same problem. Attached to this post I send a sample of the fault. Someone could help me?

Unless the fixing film is running with no film I'm pointing at laser too. If you print a report > add functions > report settings. Scan that for us so we can eliminate the scanner as a source of the problem.Comment

As I have said, I have not been able to reproduce the problem but the costumer kept these samples for me. The problem occurs occasionally. I can not send you more samples than that. When I go to my client's office copies comes out perfectly.Comment

That looks like a fixing film issue to me, especially if the machine has a compatible one fitted they tend to stick also check the jam history see if there are many 0107 jamsComment
