IR2520i "freezing"

Hie everybody
I've got an IR2520i here, it switches on and does its normal pre-run, gives you just a chance to enter your ID and Password, straight after that you cant do anything to it. No button responds, you can't get into service mode or anything.

Any ideas?

check for a stuck key on panel/

remove memory/ clean & re-seat
