Getting a error code E000732-0001. Check the cable on the scanner. Reseated it.no luck. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

Does it light up and move the mirror? Of not, there is no power in the reader unit.

Check the card in the main controller box to which the reader connects to, clean the connectors of all the cards in the controller and blow dust out of the slots.

The scanner does move and the copy lamp does come on
