magenta background.pdfPlease see the attached sample of the problem. I have taken the drum unit, transfer belt unit and toner from a working copier and tried in this machine and still the same issue. These are OEM products and when I swap their items and put into my working copier they work fine. You will notice there is no magenta where there is suppose to be (red or magenta block on test sheet) and you can't do a gradation adjustment because of the background and the fact that there is not a Magenta line. Evidentally the problem started when they moved this copier to another location.

It's a problem with yer Primary Charging voltage of Magenta. Maybe a bad connectoin, caused by the move.
Reseat HVT1 and HVT2. They are in the back and you need to remove the main controller box, and both DC controllers and the DC driver pcb. If it persists, replace them.
