Ir2520 Error E0750

Dear All ,
i have a machine Canon IR2520 it was working normally and after a high voltage power enter the machine the machine stopped truning on ,so what i do i check the power socket then the power supply and i noticed there nothing eerything ok inside , i asked my mates they told me it happened with them and the Change the IP PCB ,so they change it and it going alright .


after that i brought a brand new machine and i dessamble the IP PCB and i install it to the Copier that occured the problem , it turned on but gives me E000750 ,and i put the two PCB's and notice that its defferent number and version but its IR2520 Copier so can any one help me to know what to do ?


why when i changed the IP PCB it Gave me E00750 ?

I could 100% be wrong but try updating the system software.

I know that error code on one machine (forget which one) points to a software mis-match on the PCB and the DC Controller.

re-launch the firmware flash and follow this order of flashing machine.

1. Flash BOOT
2. Flash SYSTEM
3. Flash Language
4. Cycle power and let machine boot normally.
