[Error Code] E000001-0002 -abnormality on fixing temparature, you can reset the system thruservice

Hi All,

I am new to this forum, having IR 2270 .. initially getting error E00007-0000.
When opened the fusing assembly, reassemble .. it has started giving the above error in title.

Queries :

1. Fixing film has white mark it has to be on which side .. how does the sensor look like.
2. What is the importance of grease underneath the fixing film .. is this grease is different than the other grease being used in other part of coper.
3. Any video link on which we can see how to reassemble the the fusing assembly.
