Have a ir5075 displaying the EC E025-002. According to the manual, this is an over current detection error of the toner feed motor, which I believe is M10 (parts catalog, figure 276, item 4, p/n FK2-0015-000). Am I on the right track? I will check the connector in the morning. Thanks.

It has been found that if the toner bottle is not installed properly E025-0002 may occur.


u may need to replace both at same timecould be a blown fuse on DCPPCB
Toner Supply motor Part number is FK2-0015-000
iR 5055 / 5065 / 5075 DC Controller part number is FM2-9857-000
