IR 3570 jams in morning or very first page

Hi i am working on ir3570 it jams every morning and the jam code is 010d if some one can help me with this issue. what cause this to jam i replace feed and separation rollers . thanks in advance

Make sure the pads that the Flapper (FC5-1354-000 - FLAPPER, FIXING DELIVERY REV.) rests on are not worn or sticky. If there are you need to put a piece of tape on them or I use baby power to get rid of the sticky feeling. If the flapper sticks it will jam right at the fuse. Just something to look at.

I think i got it . I think it has a bad one way gear in duplex unit

If the jam code is 0108, these guys are right especially if its worse in the morning.

you can remove the pads and will never jammed any more in this unit.
