iRC3380 Series No Option For Auto Gradation Adjustment

Hi all. Quick question that currently has me stumped. I'm working on a 2nd hand iRC3380 and i'm wanting to perform a full auto adjust via add functions. I can select the option, asks me for paper (which there is) but then when you hit next it just says "Adjustment has been suspended" and will not do the adjustment.

Is there something in service mode i'm missing that enables the user to perform these actions may be switched off? I've combed the service manuals for an answer with no luck and even techbase wasn't all that helpful.

I know its probably something small i'm missing, but any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Although paper maybe loaded in the cassettes with the appropriate sizes
paper must be also properly registered in
    ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>COMMON SETTINGS>REGISTER PAPER TYPE>SELECT PAPER CASSETTE>PLAIN
The appropriate size paper that the alert message must be set to plain in order for the Auto Gradation Test Prints to be outputted.

make sure paper trays are registered > set for plain paper/ (at least one)
make sure at lest one letter paper location is set to copy

is there a stand alone finisher attached / with the Buffer Pass Unit-E2 ?
    or the Inner 2way Tray-D1 ?

if u have the inner two tray -D1 > Make sure the sensor flags are not hung up
    ================================================== ==========
If machine is equipped with an external finisher and buffer pass.
the actuator for the number 2 delivery sensor (PS2A) may be blocked in the buffer pass unit. In some cases, the actuator can be dislodged and causes the machine to think the tray is full. > will cause suspend message
    Check the actuator--

if the machine is equipped with the external finisher and the tray designation setting under common settings is set to "Other" only for Tray C-
    Press the Additional Functions key.

Press the Common Settings button. Go to screen 3 / 8.

Press the Tray Designation button. Go to screen 2 / 2.

For the selection listed as "Other", make sure Tray A or Tray B is selected instead of Tray C.

    Press the OK button.

Champion. I knew it was something small I was missing. The machine has an external finisher with a buff pass and for some reason i forgot about the PS2A sensor flag. Turns out it doesn't have it installed

Thanks again mate for jogging my memory.
