I have a Canon Advanced IRC 5035 trying to print from a Laptop that is using windows 8, but everytime we try to print from it the machine throws an error saying that it can't print, but all of the other computers on the network are either using XP or 7 and they print and scan just fine. Does anybody know why this is happening? They are using the UFRII drivers version 20.85 for windows 8

using Wi-Fi or direct cable connection
if Wi-Fi did u install the Wireless LAN Board-B2 in iRADC5035
In order to enable the wireless connection on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings/Registration
2. Login if a system manager ID is set
3. Go to Preferences -> External Interface -> Extension Card Settings
4. Press 'Primary Network Setting'
5. Select 'Wireless LAN'
6. Reboot device**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.** -

In fact, yes in the job log that is what we get NG whenever we try to send a test print from the windows 8 laptop. And they are using the UFR driver.Comment
