can't print to c3220 from Windows 7 computer but can from Windows XP

I have a c3220 with Fiery on a TCP/IP connection and I can print directly to it from a Windows XP computer but I can't from 2 Windows 7 computers. When I sent the file from the Win 7 computers the file shows up "NG" in the machine print log. I have used the latest Canon driver for this machine from Feb. of this year (2013)...any ideas???

    Thanks,
    John

    Turn off Windows 7 Firewall

    is a Fiery connected

    which driver ?

    Windows 7
when entering the IP Address to create a port do not enter the zeros before any number in an octet. In the following example the highlighted address 192.168.1.5 is correctly entered. For the address 192.168.001.007 to work correctly you would need to have the zeros prior to the 1 and the 7 deleted.
