It finally thru this error .....and won't go....what is that

Check if he interface cable between the Finisher V1/2 and the Pro Punch A-1, may have a loose connection or damaged interface cable. Check the interface cable pins and make sure the cable is securely connected to the PRO Punch A-1. When the problem intermittently persist, replace the interface cable to the Pro Punch A-1.
The part number for the Interface Cable is FC3-3925-000.
E000 The fixing unit has overheated. After correcting the fault, be sure to reset the error. (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)
=0000 The reading of the main thermistor is less than 70 deg C 3.5 min after power on.
Check the mounting/soiling of the main thermistor.
Replace the fixing heater. /Replace the main thermistor. / or if needed Replace the AC driver PCB. /Replace the DC controller PCB.
=0010 The power has been turned off and then on without re-setting the error. Reset the error. (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR

So the finisher error 503 is fixed loose interface cable ...the 000 i understand ....but can it cause a random leading edge going faint and then after a x number of pages the image goes normal .....at the fuser the image has already been created

so after much thought...they were shocked I just didnt rip the covers off the machine and pull the parts out...I took someones advise, Teckat's......and thought about it, reasoned it out...so I took the back cover off, and started to move the wiring, repluging the connectors, checking grounds etc.......and now the machine has printed almost 2,000 copies this afternoon with only 1 page being faint....only "1"...no drum, no charge wires, no dev unit, no laser ...NO meaning not replaced!!!!...I am happy...they are happy and the ser. mng...mr. throw parts at it till it works........well really who cares ...

once u establish your personal procedures for troubleshooting a particular issue ,there will be less customer frustration, less headaches for u.

I have been given the honor of going on site tomorrow to try to get this mess sorted out . Do you really feel I have a chance if i follow what you said? The service manager has spent 4 days on this machine .Today he put in a new drum.....$1400. our cost .....I told him what you think and got the brush ...either way thanks also the drum didn't help
