ir 2520 not giving the print properly i had clean transfer roller, drum fixing unit but the problem is still as it is, i had upload a attachment please go through it.

it is urgent please help fast!!!

Kindly Check the Developing Unit... on the drum surface already have line?

what direction is that coming out of printer ???
paper feed (<------->)

or cross-feed ^

from DF glass copy or network print or both

post a normal text doc

the print is missing from both A4 and A4R and from both print as well as copy from glass

i had check the drum it is good

i had check the dev unit it is good

i had check the laser scanner it is good

please go through the attachment

try to print/copy any document, during printing/copying stop the machine and then check if the image on the drum surface have a white lines. If the image are full the problem coming from the paper path..

Just try and check.. Good Luck

got the problem and sloved, there is a unwanted particle of toner infront of scanner laser which not allowing the laser to form the image
