    'Network Download Available, =remove & re-seat the Memory Dimm

    How to clear
    Enter service mode by pressing additional functions than 2 than 8 and then Additional Functions. #SSSW will be displayed. Use the right arrow and scroll to #CLEAR then press OK. Use the right arrow and scroll to ENGINE then press OK. ERRCLR will be displayed then press OK. Then power cycle the machine.

    E002- check your fuser or wall voltage
    If the E002 Error will not clear, check to make sure the voltage at the wall outlet is within spec for the imageRUNNER. The voltage across the Hot and Neutral of the wall outlet should be 120 Volts AC +/- 10%. If the voltage is not within that range, then the wall voltage is out of spec for the imageRUNNER.

      India, I think WALL VOLTAGE is 240V AC...British standard.

        ===============

        INDIA is = 220 V 50 Hz

        Residential power supplied in India is two wire 220 volts, permitted variation 6%, and maximum load 40 amperes. Frequency 50 Hz. Many power outlets are universal and accept many plugs without adapter. A combination receptacle for types C, D and M is usually present.

        Electrical sockets (outlets) in the Republic of India (Bhārat Gaṇarājya) usually supply electricity at between 220 and 240 volts AC

        PAKISTAN is = 230 V 50 Hzany way OUTLET must be checked for correct supply

        240v-220v
        You should see 220V between both hots, 110V between either hot and neutral, 110V between either hot and ground, and 0V between neutral and ground.

              Did you try to do the corrective measures as suggested by teckat?....removing and re-seating the DIMM? Follow that advice, step by step and post to us the result; this will lead us to the next possible solution to the problem.
