    Finisher Tray B problem (V1)

    Hello!
My Canon IR7105 has attached a V1 finisher.
Before 2-3 days tray b never stop from moving up and down.
I removed tray b lastic cover and cleaned 2 sensors but still the same.
Tray can move easily up and down by pressing switch with a screwdriver.
    The belt is perfect.
Are you experienced before with this kind of problem ?
    Thnx

    check ARCNET Connections

so when u power up printer tray b continues to move up & down ?
does it stop at all or error out ?

    what is error code ?

it is possible for the connecting pins of the Path Sensor PCB [1] (FM2-4254-
    000) to make contact with the Path Guide [2],
Path Guide-------------------check the Path Sensor PCB

If the Error Code E542-8002 or Jam Code 1320 occurs, replace the Path Sensor with the new Photo Sensor
    Assembly (FM2-4254-010).

    also check the flags
??? did u adjust the sensor intensity

      Hello,

1- Clean the paper hight sensors UN17 and UN18.

2- Verify the tray motor torque limiters.

      Good luck.

      Rachid.
