Hi All just a quick one a colleague of mine has the following issue, he feels it may be a firmware issue, so Im putting the feelers out on his behalf the MFD is a iRADV7055 on V69.03 and he has the following jam codes which are on the vague side see pics below

forget about that/ go in service mode to PRINT
COPIER > FUNCTION > MISC-P
HIST-PRT = Output of jam and error history
Select the item, and then press OK key.
