    IRADV4035 with repeat image.

    Hi i have a 3 day old IRADV4035 which is giving me repeat image i have changed the Dev,Drum,Fuser and the whole of the right hand door assy, i have also adj fuser temp to max and min and none of this has made a difference.
    has anyone seen this problem.

    ....is it happening when you copy?....when you print?.....or both?

    If it only does it when you print, it may be that the print driver paper type/thickness settings are overriding the paper type/thickness settings on the printer itself and you're getting a fuser offset image. Make sure the paper thickness settings are correct if it is doing it only when you print!

        hi its not the Drum,Dev,Fuser or right hand door assy.

              hi i got Canon to come out and look at the mc and the fault has disappeared i could not believe it so god knows what it was thanks for your reply.
