ir 2318 developing unit part no. FL2-3193-000 i.e. GEAR ASSEMBLY is not adjusting properly in the unit by which the side cover for all gear is not fit proper

please guide me the directions to fits this gear, when i had clean the dev unit this gear comes out automatically.

there is a #24 Cap_ FB6-6896-000 /CAP, DEVELOPING that sits in it
