The machine has got a two way unit B1 fitted?

Depending on whether the machine has a two way unit as standard there are sometimes three wires from the machine that plug into the power supply, not two as indicated in the instructions. Remove the power supply and have a close look for another power type wire.

Sorry to hi-jack a thread but i'm also having a problem with finisher B1

Works fine and staples, but when double sided is asked of it it will jam in the 2 way unit B1. (Reversal pass option)

                Thanks.
Have you tried turning it off and on? No...Oh, it works now!
