[Error Code] IR3225 thrown u E0003-0000

I attended IR3235 today with E0003 error. Have cleared the code but checking the service log book its been an ongoing thing.It sometimes throw up E0007 as per the log. Many times fusers and fllm have been replaced to resolve it temporarily. One attempt made by an engineer to replace the DCCon but that bounced back on him after 5 weeks with E0007. Today I had E0003 which I cleared to get the copier working but would like to know the permanet resolution to such problem. Thanks to all in advance.

has anyone check the outlet voltages ? especially Neutral >Ground = 0v>0.5v Max / any more causes issues

for e003 return codes u may need to replace the DC PCB again / I would also check the connector on DC PCB J306

DID U REPLACE THE AC DRIVER ???


make sure the correct fuser unit part was used
Fuser Unit part number FM3-1293-020 is used for the iR 4570/3570/3045/3035 series models.

Fuser Unit part number FM3-7066-000 is used for the iR3245/3235/3230 series models.

Thanks for the quick response. No one replaced the AC driver pcb so far. Have only ordered the DCON pcb. Wl do the necessary checks on next visit and let you know.

E003: Try to plug the machine to another available socket.

E007: - verify that the machine is on a flat solid surface. If not, this will cause a slight pressure difference between the front and rear film surface whitch will lead to the film displacement to the area of low pressure.
- Replace the bushings when replacing the pressure roller.

I went back to replace the DC controller together with fixing assy and now working ok for now. Have also checked grounding reading 0.4v.Thanks
