IR-3200 shrinking image in paper feed direction

Hi, I have a 3200 that is shrinking the image only in the paper feed direction by about 1/4 inch on letter paper and 1/2 inch in 11X17 paper. It is only shrunk in that direction in the front rear direction it is perfect. I have tried adjusting pve offset and mag h-k and it does not do anything.
does anyone have any sugestions that would cause this?

    Thanks

      Shrinking ??

u mean the lead edge registration is off

if this is on glass & prints could be a Drum Drive Assembly issue/ had those before

      Post a PG10 test page

No it's not the lead edge registration being off. When you print from the computer or make a copy off of the glass it reduces the image in the paper feed direction only not in the front-rear direction. On a letter copy it shrinks the image along the 8 1/2 direction but not the 11. On LTR-R it shrinks the image in the 11" direction not the 8".
I will post test print later when I go back.
        thanks

          Shrinking image
When printing, copying or making test prints the image is reduced in the paper feed direction only.

          Solution :
          Replace secondary transfer roller

          ----------------------------------------------------
One Note: may or may not help
          COPIER>ADJUST<FEED-ADJ>REGIST
Used to adjust the registration roller clutch ON timing.
Increasing the value by 1 moves the image by 0.1 mm in the direction of the leading edge of the paper.(effects>all printing, copying )
          • If you have cleared the DC controller PCB’s RAM or replaced the DC
controller PCB, enter the value on the service label.
          Adjustment –50 to 50 (0.1 mm units)
range (Value at time of factory shipment: Factory-adjusted value)
          (Value after RAM clear: –20)

PDF Files Created with Universal Send are Slightly Reduced When Printed
Adobe Acrobat's default print settings will reduce a PDF so that it will completely fit within a printer’s printable area. To prevent this from happening, you must change the 'Page Scaling' option in the print dialog window to 'None'. This will prevent Acrobat from shrinking the images to fit inside of the printer’s printable area.

Thanks tekcat I will try the secondary transfer roller because it happens equally if it is print from computer or copy from glass.
I will let you know if that fixes it.

Could be the transfer belt drive roller or the belt itself. They tend to get dirty or broken or both.

Solved. It was the secondary transfer roller. I would have never thought that it would have anything to do with this. Thanks so much teckat. I would have never been able to fix this machine without your help.
