image runner 1133i print blank copies

Machine prints perfectly, but when copying off the glass the output is blank. The lamp comes on and cis moves correctly.Dumped controller and reloaded software. reset up cis with no errors but still blank.The cis and ribbon cable has been replaced, no joy! Any ideas?

Tricky. Try replacing the reader controller pcb. Haven't yet 'stripped naked' this model so can't guess if reader unit pcb is integrated into the image processor pcb. This would necessitate replacing whole i.p board. These units are relatively new into market this side, have so far installed only 5 pieces; seems they are a replacement for the iR1020 series.
