[Misc] A5 Duplex failure inclined

Hello

I have a new C7055, a5 paper when printing double-sided, second side print goes very inclined.
The technical service (official canon Spain) says that this is normal because it is a paper a5.

What I can do?, I consider it a serious error.

u mean Angled / Skewed

which direction ? lead to trail edge or front of printer to back ?
DF ? glass copies ? print copies ?
