Imagepass q1 no enciende la pantalla

Hola a todos, un servidor Q1 no enciende la pantalla, solamente se enciende la luz naranja de la parte frontal. Retiramos la tapa lateral y notamos que encienden los ventiladores y ademas el visualizador de 7 segmentos indica un codigo (39).
si alguien puede enviarme al manual con todos los cogidos que puede indicar dicho visualizador de 7 segmentos seria de mucha ayuda.

Hi all, Q1 server does not turn the screen only lights up in orange on the front. We removed the side cover and noticed that the fans start and also the 7-segment display shows a code (39).
if someone can send me the manual with all the holding which may indicate that 7-segment display would be helpful.

7-segment display shows a code (39) ??? never seen that on this model/ seen on ColorPass V & Z > means u need to reload server firmware


Flashing orange
The imagePRESS is starting up and the BIOS has established
communication with the User Interface Board (UIB).

Flashing green
The imagePRESS is continuing start up and the Windows XPe operating system has established communication with the UIB.

Solid green
The imagePRESS is powered-on and in an idle state.

Solid yellow
The imagePRESS is powered off but the AC power cable is plugged into the power source. The Control Panel LCD
continues to draw power when the imagePRESS is powered off.

Flashing or solid red
An error has caused printing to be disabled.
No light= The imagePRESS is powered off and the AC power cable is not connected to a power source.

Remove & re-seat the video card

image press server Q1........ en el interior en la tarjera madre tiene un display de 7 segentos el cual indica (39) e notado que otros servidores del mismo modelo cuando esta preparada para imprimir indica (00).
ademas tambien cuando le retiro las memorias me indica (E0).

sobre el problema retire la tarrjeta de video donde se conecta el cable de comunicacion con la copiadora y la limpie y cambie de ranura y ya esta operativo el servidor.
