reload the system software and the error will go away.

Turn off the machine. Unplug it. Unplug the phone line from the back. Now press the on/off rocker switch on the side 5 times. Next push the round on/off button on top 5x. Then push the "stop" button 5x. Finally, push the "start" button 5x. Then wait a few minutes. Next connect the power cord only. Then turn on with the rocker button.

If the message didn't come up, your lucky!

your PM is full/ delete old

i have never seen firmware for 6550

ok friend l will empty some old message ...in your opinion you means it is not important to use a frimware to solve my problems ?

not yet cause the time is very late l should be trying tomorrow ...unfortunate l try search her sm or her frimware but never found it ..only to assisted solve my problems ....by way thank friend teckat about your assistance.
