HELP CANON 7065i - Strange circle ...

Very strange circle appearing every 3rd A3 see attached, have checked the dums, dev, transfer, fixing units, have no idea. the circle in the image has not been outlined that the way it prints it. It is as if it was generated by the print engine....

I know this might be a lame suggestion but from experience I never trust a customer to not recycle crap paper. check to make sure they didn't put paper in the tray with the fault already on it.

have you found anything with this yet? I think Gary was trying to get Gavin to ask his trainer in woodhatch if he had (or anyone else) any ideas!!

dont think he was getting anywhere to be honest though!!

is it ever in the image area ????????

Run a test with single color PG5's,

does the circle show up as white circle on them all colors or one color on the PG5 's

if on one color
make sure brass tab on rear of corona unit is not installed backward and not providing ground for grid



????? u may have or someone may have activated the anti-counterfeit security protection circuit
