[Error Code] IRADV4035 with E004

Hi has anyone had a E004 error on a IRADV4035 i have to look at this mc in the morning.

check fuses on Main Driver pcb

E004 (IH Power Supply) and E005 (Web absence) do not need
to be cleared


E004 0000 = Thermistor disconnection detection error
-When disconnection is detected with connector for 30 sec continuously.
1. Check connection of the Connector (J2063/J2510/J214).
2. Replace the Film Unit.
3. Replace the Fixing Main Unit.
4. Replace the DC Controller PCB (UN2).

Hi when i saw mc it was working ok and there was a E400 error in history but all seemed ok,i checked Canon Sims but nothing showing for E400 , lets see if it comes back.

your first post said E004 & not E400

What was it

E400 is a
problem between the Reader Controller PCB and the Document Feeder.

could be a wire tie issue or a interface cable connection issue between Reader and DADF----

Hi yes i did first post a E004 which is what the customer told us and when i was on site it had a E400 error in history.
Have you seen this before.
